Guests are encouraged to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies, feel free to embrace the romantic weekend; you’re welcome to wear all shades of red and pink! This is not required, however.

Once formal invitations are received, all adult (21+), non-familial guests will find that they have a plus one for our wedding celebration. We hope that you enjoy bringing a special someone to celebrate the evening alongside. If you choose to attend our celebration solo, rest assured that you’ll be seated with friends and the DJ won’t be playing anything slow. We appreciate your thoughtful consideration when accepting a plus one! Your formal invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest” if we are able to accommodate a plus one with your invitation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests beyond the people named on you/ your family’s invitation.

While we love all the children in our lives, we are looking forward to having an adults-only celebration with our family and friends. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. However, we hope that parents can use this opportunity to enjoy a night out in romantic New Harmony, IN!

Yes! Please visit the “Travel” page of our website to read about how to book a hotel room on-site at the New Harmony Inn Resort and Conference Center at a discounted rate. Please book with New Harmony Inn by January 15th to receive our discounted block rate. For out of town guests looking to stay in Evansville, IN (approximately a 30 min drive from New Harmony), please contact Lauren or Jerad for hotel recommendations.

We have gift registries with Target, Crate and Barrel, and Anthropologie.

Soda, beer, and wine will be available to guests (21+) at no cost. A cash bar will be available to guests who wish to purchase liquor. The bar will close at 11:30pm. Thank you in advance for making appropriate plans for transportation, or overnight accommodations with the on-site hotel.

Please arrive on time at 6:30pm to celebrate. The bar opens at 6:30pm and dinner will be served at 7:00pm. Reception formalities, including speeches, first dances, and cake cutting will take place between 8:00 and 9:00pm. Guests who are sensitive to loud music, flashing lights, or songs with explicit language are advised to depart around this time. The Diaz Dance Party will begin at 9:15pm and continue until the reception ends at midnight.
